Prep
  1. Spray large metal mixing bowl, full sheet pan and rubber spatula generously with non-stick spray; set aside.
Cereal Blend
  1. Pour Cocoa Puffs, tortilla chips, cocoa powder, chili powder, cinnamon, steel cut oats, pumpkin/pepita seeds in a large mixing bowl,
  2. Stir together and set aside until needed.
Sugar Slurry
  1. Add corn syrup, butter, water and powdered sugar into medium heavy-bottomed sauce pan.
  2. Stir over medium-high heat until butter is melted and ingredients are combined.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil (do not stir), allowing mixture to reach 250°F then immediately turn off heat.
Finishing
  1. Add popcorn and Cereal Blend to large, greased bowl; toss to combine.
  2. Pour in Sugar Slurry and fold in using greased rubber spatula.
  3. Form small clusters (approx. 2 Tbsp) and place on greased, full-size baking sheet; cool completely.
  4. Store pieces in a tightly covered, rigid container in a cool, dark space. Do not refrigerate.
