A classic chicken Caesar salad can be grab-and-go when it's served in a Gold Medalâ„¢ Complete Buttermilk Pancake Mix waffle, spiked with parmesan cheese.

Grilled chicken, thinly sliced

Romaine lettuce, chopped

Caesar dressing

Parmesan cheese, shredded

Waffles
  1. Combine water and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix using a wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add pancake mix, black pepper and parmesan. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  3. Deposit batter using a #12 scoop onto a well oiled waffle iron preheated to 375°F. Bake 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Filling
  1. Toss 1 Tbsp dressing with 3/4 cup lettuce, 1/2 tsp cheese and 1 oz of sliced chicken until well coated.
  2. Place Caesar mixture on waffle, fold in half and serve immediately.
