Gold Medal™ Ready-To-Spread Vanilla Crème Icing (11216), melted

Cinnamon, ground
3/4 tsp
Streusel Topping
Add cake mix, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment.
Mix until crumbly, about 2 minutes and set aside.
Batter
Add sugar, butter, eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to empty mixer bowl with paddle attachment.
Mix on low speed for 1 minute; stop mixer and scrape bowl and paddle.
Add cake mix (4 lb) and mix additional 1 minute.
Deposit batter evenly into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; sprinkle Streusel Topping on evenly.
Bake as directed below and cool completely before icing.

Icing
Heat vanilla icing in microwave until melted; add cinnamon and stir to blend.
