Icing

Streusel Topping
  1. Add cake mix, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Mix until crumbly, about 2 minutes and set aside.
Batter
  1. Add sugar, butter, eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to empty mixer bowl with paddle attachment.
  2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute; stop mixer and scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Add cake mix (4 lb) and mix additional 1 minute.
  4. Deposit batter evenly into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; sprinkle Streusel Topping on evenly.
  5. Bake as directed below and cool completely before icing.

Icing
  1. Heat vanilla icing in microwave until melted; add cinnamon and stir to blend.
  2. Drizzle over cooled blondies; allow icing to set before portioning.
