Crust
  1. Combine cake mix and butter in mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Mix on low speed 2 minutes; stop mixer and scrape bowl and paddle.
  3. Mix on medium speed 3-4 minutes or until crumbly texture is formed.
  4. Press 4 lb crust mixture evenly into greased or parchment-lined full sheet pan; set aside remaining 2 lb of mixture.
Filling
  1. Add pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk and pumpkin pie spice in mixer bowl fitted with attachment.
  2. Mix on low speed about 3 minutes or until combined.
  3. Pour into crust and spread evenly; sprinkle on reserved crumb topping..
  4. Combine cinnamon and sugar in separate bowl, sprinkle on top and bake.
  5. Serve warm or chilled as desired.
