Chicken breast strips get a spicy-and-cool Tabasco® and Yoplait® Nonfat Plain Yogurt marinade before they are baked and brushed with a fiery cayenne sauce.

Chicken
  1. Combine yogurt, eggs, black pepper, Tabasco and salt in mixing bowl; stir until combined.
  2. Add chicken to marinade mixture and fully coat; cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove chicken and dredge each piece in bread crumbs until fully covered; spray each piece liberally with pan spray and place on parchment-lined sheet pan.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 6 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Combine cayenne pepper, brown sugar, garlic salt, paprika and vegetable oil in small bowl; stir until well mixed.
  2. Allow baked chicken to cool for 2 minutes; brush with cayenne mixture and serve.
