Why isn’t a distributor displaying in the product locator results?

The results in Product Locator include distributors who: 

1. are within 200 miles of the zip code input and

2. have ordered the product from General Mills in the last three months. If a particular distributor does not meet both of these criteria, the distributor won’t display in the results.

Are the distributor results in any particular order?

Yes, the first distributor listed is nearest (in mileage) to the zip code you searched. Distributor results are displayed by nearest location (within 200 miles) to the zip code input.

Why aren’t all distributors listed in results?

We wanted to ensure we provide you a list of distributors who are near you and carry the product you’re looking for.

Why did my search fail?

Searches fail because either the server timed out because it was taking too long or due to an issue with the search query.

Why don’t I get results when I enter a zip code?

Confirm you have entered a valid, 5-digit zip code.

Why don’t I see FoodService Direct as an available online foodservice retailer on a product page?

If the FoodService Direct isn’t displaying on the product page, it’s because that particular product isn’t available through FoodService Direct.

Why don’t I see Amazon Business as an available online foodservice retailer on a product page?

If the Amazon Business isn’t displaying on the product page, it’s because that particular product isn’t available through Amazon Business.

Why don’t I see an option to Buy Now on a product page?

We do have several products that are not available for purchase through an online foodservice retailer. In this rare case, you will not see a Buy Now option on that particular product page.

I clicked to purchase a product through FoodService Direct or Amazon Business, but the product page it brought me to is incorrect. Why?
